Presenting your property

Tenants Selection / Checking Procedures
Our tenancy application forms ask detailed questions, aimed to secure you the most suitable tenant in the quickest possible time. We verify their employment or financial position, contact personal referees, previous landlords or property managers & obtain photo identification.
Thorough Preparation of Documentation
We arrange signing of the Residential Tenancy Agreement, Bond Lodgement and copies of keys & remotes etc. An Entry Condition Report is completed and provided to the tenants for completion. All monies are receipted prior to handover of keys and all documentation provided is checked carefully.
Regular Inspections / Maintaining the Property
Each time your property is inspected we will forward you a written report and also photos if you require. We will monitor repairs closely and provide you with quotes if required and copies of all invoices / outgoings. Our internal policy is to contact you as soon as maintenance issues come to our attention. In the case of an emergency all tenants are provided with our after hours contact details of their property manager and our trades people’s mobiles (electrical, plumbing, handyman etc).
Rent Collection
Paying rent is hassle free for your tenants. We offer electronic facilities or if they prefer can pay directly in the office with cash or cheque.
Arrears Control
Rent arrears are monitored daily. Should your tenant fall into arrears appropriate action will be taken.
